With printed advertisements, you are relying on hope to a large extent — if you are very lucky, a job seeker may happen to see your advert and respond to it. However, you are highly likely to receive applications from completely unsuitable people. And how much will that have cost you?
With headhunting, your search focuses on success and efficiency. Suitable specialist personnel and executives are targeted and contacted directly. You receive more applications of a much better quality, and it costs you less!

I may be a headhunter – but not in the literal sense!
We don't entice anybody in with cheap offers or cajole anybody into doing anything. The initial brief telephone call is simply to determine whether the person who has the potential to be suitable for your vacancy is actually interested in discussing the possibility of pursuing a new professional challenge. If they say no, that's the end of it. If they are interested, we make an appointment for a detailed telephone interview, which is an opportunity to determine more precisely whether the candidate's development ambitions correspond with the nature of the vacancy. Only during the third conversation is the candidate told who my client is.
