"Direct Search Basic" Service Package

The Offering for HR Professionals: We do the search, you control the selection process

 

Many companies employ HR experts who would love to have direct contact support their searches for applicants, so that contact can be made with persons who cannot be reached using advertising. These experts would then prefer to complete the selection process themselves, however, since they are very experienced in this area.

So that you are not required to pay for a service that you do not even need, ACCA Consulting offers you the "Direct Search Basic" Service Package.

 

Step 1: Assessment of the Search Situation

You send me a job description, qualification profile (including salary range), and information on the general requirements of the position to be filled.

Together with my Search Team, I then assess my chances of successfully filling the position by means of direct contact. If these chances are below 60%, I will not accept the mandate if the employment conditions cannot be readjusted. If I conclude that direct contact has good prospects of being successful, then I will make you an offer.

 

Step 2: Compiling a Search Profile

Upon receipt of the definitive search order, a search profile is prepared. It is necessary for me to become thoroughly familiar with your strategy, your company culture, and the requirements being placed on your new employee before I can define the criteria required for completing your search successfully. The search process therefore begins with a detailed discussion with the important contact partners in your company and with an analysis of the documents that have been provided (company profile, guiding principles, organigram, job description, qualification profile, etc.)

During this phase, you must also prepare lists of possible desired applicants, as well as persons/companies to be excluded from the search.

 

Step 3: Contact Phase

ACCA’s Search Team identifies possible applicants and contacts them directly. If they express interest, then brief telephone interviews are conducted.

You will be informed of the search status every two weeks. During this phase, I will discuss the initial applicants’ files with you, in order to check and/or revise the search goals.

You will receive the files of all persons whom we consider qualified for the open position and who are interested in being interviewed by you.

You then design the subsequent selection process yourself.
