Four steps to success

We headhunt the candidates; you make your choice

Step 1: Assessment of prospects

Our search teams assess the chances of successfully filling the position through a direct search process.

To do this, we need the following information from you: job description and requirements profile (including salary range), development opportunities etc. We also need to confirm with you which countries you would like us to conduct the search in.

If we conclude that a direct search process has a good chance of successfully filling your vacancy, we will send you a quotation in the form of a contract.

Step 2: Identification of suitable candidates

Once the definitive search order is confirmed, we begin with identifying suitable candidates. These contact lists are discussed with you, as any additional information you can provide will result in a faster, more efficient search. We will also need to know which companies and individuals we should exclude from the search.

Step 3: Contact

ACCA employees, who are specialists in telephone recruitment, contact the potential candidates and ask whether they are interested in changing jobs. If they are, an appointment is made for a detailed telephone interview. During this interview, the candidate is told more about the requirements profile and job description that we have matched to his or her professional training and experience. We only tell the candidate who our client is during our third conversation.

Step 4: Selection

You will receive the application documents for all the individuals who we believe are qualified to fill the vacancy and who are interested in being interviewed by you. If there are any candidates who you do not wish to interview, we inform them accordingly. You invite the others to interviews and contract negotiations yourself. Should you require our assistance during this process (standardised interviews, assessment centre tests), we will be happy to prepare a quotation for you.
