The fees stated below are net prices in all cases.

Scope of services

 

Preparation of a search profile based on written or verbal information from the client (job description, requirements profile, organisational chart, company profile etc.)

 

Acceptance of the list of target companies and the negative list (companies and individuals who must not be contacted) from the client

 

Listing of the position on the most prominent job sites

 

Identification and headhunting of 50 potential candidates

 

Compilation and evaluation of application files

 

Telephone interviews with interested candidates

 

Regular reporting on the project status

 

Forwarding of application files including information about age, salary, reasons behind the desire to change, mobility, personal impression

 

Combined: Advertisement texts and placement

 

       

Advertising to assist a search, on client request: In addition to the fee for the services package detailed above, the client pays only the advertising costs charged by the media concerned.
